Group accommodation guests may organise an ‘Outdoor’ Breakfast & Luncheon party for Weddings, Anniversaries and Birthdays up to 20 - 25 people on our huge ‘Sunset Deck’ with spectacular views to the north. Local caterers can be arranged.
Michael who is an accomplished pianist, is available to supply music for these special events if required; Playing the electric piano for a nominal fee.

The Villas face East, with private verandahs in the front overlooking landscaped gardens – ideal for a relaxing breakfast in the morning sun or sampling your purchases of Hunter Valley Wines and cheeses at dusk. Guests may also stroll around the 12 acres and arrive at the ‘Sunset Deck’ to the North or through the garden east to enjoy panoramic views and sunsets over vineyards and pastoral lands to mountains beyond.
Two Bed Villa ideal for two couples or a family group. The panoramic views from this villa stretch North all the way to Barrington Tops. You may wish to stroll around our 12 acres while absorbing the wonderful space and breathe the freshest of air. Access to the ‘Sunset Deck’ is adjacent to this unit.
Grapevines Boutique Accommodation is now able to cater for an extra 8 people in the new Deluxe Villa. With breathtaking panoramic views to the neighbouring vineyards, Broken Back Mountain then all the way to the Barrington Tops mountain range, this contemporary Villa, accommodates up to 8 people and can be opened via a double set of sound proof doors to the Two Bed Villa to accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people.
